Cancelling

Cancel anytime — no phone calls, no hoops. Go to your account, open the Billing tab, and cancel your subscription there. It takes about thirty seconds.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — cancel a monthly plan mid-month and the boards stay open until your month is up; cancel an annual plan and you keep the rest of your year. Nothing turns off early.

Refunds

Because access runs to the end of every paid period, we don’t issue prorated refunds for time you’ve already started. If something went genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, you were charged after cancelling — email us and we’ll make it right.

How charges appear

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and show on your statement as FANTASY QUEENS (or FANTASY Q where the field is short).
